Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of clients' physical conditions to identify their therapy needs and goals.

• Deliver therapy and rehabilitation services, encompassing manual therapy, exercise therapy, stretching techniques, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout therapy, regularly assess and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document and maintain accurate and confidential therapy records for clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues, complementing each other's strengths and working together towards advancement.

• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the company's development, continually enhancing professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements :

• Relevant qualifications.

• Registration with the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board or other relevant boards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.

• Team player mindset, able to collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning, staying updated on industry developments and best practices.

• Willingness for self-motivation and learning, committed to continuously improving professional knowledge and skills.

• Possess a healthy and positive work attitude.

• Relevant experience or certifications are preferred.
